Presenter: Irene Roele
Expertise: Irene has extensive experience in delivering executive education and providing consultancy to a variety of international companies. Irene’s expertise includes process consultation, strategic planning, category management as well as new product development processes.
This workshop will focus on “Thinking, planning, doing”, exploring the dominant logic that exists within companies and how it can help or hinder them from being successful. As a process consultation expert Irene will help attendees make constructive links between theory and practice, between policy and action.
Attendees will work towards developing a vision of the future, link this to meaningful objectives and translate the vision and objectives into real results.
