I was attracted by the luxury and unique style and by the conversion which was sensitive to the listed building, but also modern. I particularly like the large windows and high ceilings and that much of the internal brickwork and ironwork is still exposed.

I would definitely recommend it.  The location is ideal. The area has a lot of character in its architecture and surrounding parkland and golf course. If the planned future developments go ahead it’s a winner.

We rent our apartment through an estate agent, but generally deal with Millshomes direct, as both the concierge and support service are outstanding.

We wanted to be in Stockport, but close to Manchester, and with a city centre standard of living.  Nowhere else comes close to Victoria Mill in providing this.

Houldsworth Village has everything for a good social life, and it's great to be in a big development with people of a similar age and outlook.

 After being offered employment with Broadstone Mill Ltd., my fiancé and I saw the benefits of relocating to live in Houldsworth Village.  Straight away we decided to rent an apartment at Victoria Mill.  Since moving in we have with no regrets! The apartments are luxurious retaining the mill’s original character and the sunset views across the golf course are breathtaking. 

When family come to stay, having the park located across the road is really convenient.  Plus, the walk to work is only two minutes away. The redevelopment of both Broadstone and Victoia Mills has brought the area to life once again – I would recommend it to anyone.
