Millshomes aims to develop four residential phases, with each stage contributing to the new Houldsworth Urban Village, which the Broadstone family of companies are developing. 

Victoria Mill is the first of phase of a £60-million regeneration project and work has now started on the second phase, Elisabeth Mill.

All phases will be completed over the next three to four years and eventually provide 500 homes, along with cafes, bars and restaurants, making Houldsworth Village a sought-after suburb of South Greater Manchester.
