About Millshomes

Millshomes is part of the Broadstone Mill family of companies regenerating Reddish to create a new business, living and leisure environment called Houldsworth Village. 

Millshomes’ focus will be on the residential  aspect of the Houldsworth Village development, which Broadstone Ltd are leading. 

Victoria Mill is the first of a four-phase, £60-million regeneration project and work has now started on the second phase, Elisabeth Mill.

Millshomes has received several accolades over the past three years. 

Victoria Mill was voted top in Kirstie and Phil’s “Where Best to Invest” in 2006, and won Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council’s Best Residential Conversion Design Award in 2006.

Victoria Mill was also recently awarded the Best Residential Conversion across the North West in the M.E.N Property Awards 2007.
