Craft and Vintage Christmas Weekend Special – 19th & 20th December

Broadstone Resident Artists - painters, photographers, textile designers, ceramicist, furniture and furnishing artisans - are holding their In-House Exhibition from 10th December to the end of the month. This will be held in The Gallery on the Upper Ground Floor of the Mill. This is a fantastic opportunity to purchase the work of a local artist or artisan, to browse pieces created here and to investigate commission possibilities. The work is varied across all disciplines and shows how talent, creativity, skill, imagination and hard work is expressed in an item whose beauty each of us as an individual can find. Come along to our preview evening on the 10th of December, from 7pm onwards.

Broadstone Mill Open Studios will be bringing you it’s monthly Craft & Vintage Sunday but with a twist. This one will be a Craft and Vintage Christmas Weekend Special! This will be held on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th of December. You can purchase beautiful, hand made and most importantly, unique gifts directly from the artists and crafters who design and make them. Unique gifts for loved ones include art lessons, personalised jewellery, or a simple hand-knitted scarf and chunky socks! There'll be vintage clothing and furnishings, hand-made ceramics, greetings cards, cushions, bags, and lots more besides.

From 11am until 4pm. There will be face painting and craft activities for the little ones, alongside some FairTrade refreshments, Christmas cheer for the adults (yes I do mean beer!), carol singing, a live band and much more.
